Pros

I started working in a new role created for this particular location. Almost everyone I work alongside has been helpful getting to know the "lay of the land". The opportunities this company has regarding my plant's particular location and clients are nearly endless. Management was helpful and willing to work with certain disabilities/conditions that make traditional working somewhat of a challenge. The opportunities sitting here are endless. There are some very skilled individuals here who would be force multipliers in their respective positions.

Cons

Where to start? Management turns a blind eye to blatant issues with process, people, etc. We have lots of accidents and I frequently question just how safe we are at work. Customers are unhappy with what we deliver and nobody seems to be bothered enough to try and fix the issues. For every excellent employee who runs their job/role/department flawlessly, there are several who are not succeeding and not being guided to correction. The NEGATIVITY IS VISIBLE EVERYWHERE! I started my job with the best opportunity I could have hoped for: "This is a new position and I want you to challenge the way things are. I want you to make changes. Find better ways to do your tasks." Wow. What an opportunity! I was excited and did my best to affect change and implement the best practices and policies for my area of expertise. It didn't last long though. I would speak with coworkers about a policy I was trying to get kicked off the ground and was laughed at and told "Good luck making that stick". Granted hearing this once or twice is expected especially if that is all anyone has ever known. But it kept on this way and even worse, THEY WERE RIGHT! Upper management both locally at our location and internationally from Germany are difficult to work with to implement change. Most give little support regarding these changes. It doesn't take long for new staff to quickly lose heart and give up when everyone looks so hopeless all the time. We don't take our own procedures and rules seriously so production staff and temporary workers who come in don't pay attention either. This is not only a bad look for the company, but is also unsafe, unsanitary, and downright dangerous.

I truly love working here! The people make all the difference; they are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely kind. The culture encourages growth, learning, and teamwork, and I feel valued every day. It’s inspiring to be part of a company that not only focuses on results but also cares about its employees’ experiences and development. I couldn’t imagine a better place to grow my career!

Cons

I have no negative comments.

Pros

-Nice Employees that are tight knit -New & clean facitilies on the floor - Good Safety equipment

Cons

-DO NOT DO IT - Terrible & Chaotic place to work where leadership is completely disorganized and misaligned with what needs to be done -Constant turnover where no one in management stays longer than 6 months -Ethics are extremely questionable with how they “handle” the medical equipment that is created…Delicate medical equipment is supposed to be kept in “clean environment” yet is kept in dust and asbestos filled Warehouses, so a lawsuit is only inevitable in the near future - There is absolutely no sense of accountability when it comes to anything being done, which just extends the time duration to ever complete anything. - The Germans overseas are authoritarians and rude who refuse to listen to anything so good luck having your opinion ever heard. -OSHA does not exist here where constant accidents occur but are just swept under the rug -Passive Agressive management that is impossible to work with and will micro manage as if you are the reason the Public Stock is in the Toilet -In the Past 4 years the Finance department has been in aggressive turmoil with the loss of the CFO, Head of Accounting ,Head of Purchasing and with the position constantly changing possibly tying to the accounting scandal overseas.
