Pros

- Having remote work is really good for work-life balance. - The constant flow of opportunities to develop yourself as a marketer in the digital space is challenging and rewarding. - Having to interact and socialize in a different language is really good for your language skills - The interactions with people from other countries really is an overall good experience.

Cons

- Your employer is random, so good luck if you get a good boss - The US legal space is really complex and really hard to grasp on the first months - You can be pretty restricted in terms of access and cooperation from said employer - You will have to work in things you weren't prepared for, even with restrictions in place. - There will be clashes between your boss and yourself, especially in following which steps to take marketing wise. - The process to even be considered in the pipeline is really draining and hard.
