      None, I can't think of any pros to working here

      Bad labour practises. Pay beneath minimum wage by hiring only from third world countries where jobs are scarce, but still expect you to pay for all tech and high speed internet from your meagre $800 monthly wage. they take a huge cut every month from each client for each employee - more than what employee earns. they don't give proof of their attempts to find you work or any information at all break their own rules all the time

      Pros

      They will assist you to give your best to the client; provide you with initial training and ongoing support with a Liason, flexible hours if you prefer to work late evenings and meeting new people aboard and getting experience from overseas at the comfort of your home.

      Cons

      You have no actual benefits, you pay for your own internet and you'll have to use your personal laptop and ensure that the laptop has all requirements according to clients needs which will all be at your own expense, the client is not allowed to assist and neither does the agency assist you, you'll have no insurance and leave day is considered as a benefit.
