I really enjoyed the fast paced environment, there was little time to be bored. I experienced great support from my line manager and there was good chemistry within the team. • Regular 1-on-1 with line manager • Free lunch twice a week • International environment and nice office • After work events • Decent amount of vacation leave • Work from home option
Cons
There were some difficulties with staff retention in other teams during my time at the company. I think partly down to people not having the startup mindset - needing to hustle and grind a little. It's not a job you can just turn up and switch on auto pilot. Work from home is only allowed once a month. I expected to have more as it's a tech company with future-of-work mindset, so they should be living that.
