      Pros

      - Young team. - Multicultural environment. - Less discriminating society compare to other big Thai corporates. - English Speaking Company. - Able to offer a good package & perks.

      Cons

      - CEO is immature (exaggerating) and not trustworthy. - Management is weak and mostly not stable with plans or policy. - Too fast hiring & mostly through references. - Product doesn't really delivery as client's promise. - Small office - Too much time wasting for a big meeting.

      Pros

      - Starts-up style, good teams and working environment - Fun and dynamic members to work with - You do not have to worry about KPIs because they are not achievable, and change from time to time.

      Cons

      - Operates by a bunch of liars. They lie about the current and future vision - Poor management and executions, the co-founders are too busy to maximize their power and benefits rather than helping the business to grow - Failed to pay salary, commission and other payments to employees - Low morale as outstanding managers and sales are leaving, frequent change of business plans and workflows, incapable leaders have no clue about what is going on, lack of clear business and directions - Promises made to both employees and clients are always fail to deliver - Career prospect and the on-going business are questionable

      - Young team - Good location - International team

      - Seems like hiring is based on personal relationships, not skills or knowledge - CEO seems out of touch with reality, refuses to listen to advice from the people on the ground and just going ahead with what he wants - Some toxic employees continue to be employed there even when it's public knowledge that they are toxic - High turnover, many people leave after less than 6 months - Product is constantly sold to investors by over-promising, twisting statistics
