Pros
- The idea behind the product is great and the apps are kicking - Young, warm and vibrant atmosphere among the employees - Lots of outings and events, but no pressure to attend when you don't feel like it - International crew, where you will always find someone to talk or party with - Great hackathons where anyone can take part of
Cons
- Some openly rude and even verbally abusive people in upper management - A high employee turnover - hard to really focus on quality when expected to train more junior colleagues constantly - Passive-aggressive behaviour from senior management - Relatively low payment and no bonus program or any raises promised - Next-to-nothing opportunities to get a promotion or learn new skills at work
