Poisonous Environment / High Turnover - Manager GetYourGuide Employee Review

There's a reason why this company always has 500 open hiring positions in LinkedIn - there is a huge turnover. Between a bizarre upper management team and a culture that seems to completely disavow honesty and clear communication - this was a very strange place to work. Very glad I left and am much happier in my new job. There's free beer here on Fridays but I witnessed more than once that something someone said after a couple of beers came up in a quarterly review. So watch yourself.
