First, we are glad to know that you enjoyed working in a fast-growing and fun company within the travel industry. As you know, learning is one of our core values, and we believe the only way to develop is to first recognize the value of our mistakes. We fail fast, learn quickly, and keep on going. To your last point, there are, in fact, various forums to share results whether it be in the weekly tech lunches, the mission team updates, or the Friday and Global update. This transparent culture ensures everyone is on the same page, aware of where we are, where we need to be, and how to get there.
Regarding your concerns:
We certainly value our customer feedback and hope to learn as much as possible from this feedback in order to better serve our customers. Additionally, we are currently growing our brand team to ensure that GetYourGuide becomes a household name in the travel industry and the natural companion for our customers. And finally, we aim to offer both leadership and specialist tracks for all departments at GetYourGuide. These paths are detailed in the competency profiles.
