Pros
The company has a great atmosphere and is always looking to improve. No company is perfect and here management know that. Consistent improvements are being done whether it's to please their employees or their end patients. I've been working here for over 7 years and things have always improved. Yes there are always bumps and bad apples that take us back a few steps here and there but overall we're definitely moving up in a linear path. Salary has constantly been improving to stay competitive and while it may still be slightly low (according to it's reputation) the flexibility and atmosphere here make up for it. It's not all about money but the lack of stress and not taking work home is a big plus. Several employees left and came back, because the grass wasn't as green on the other side as they thought it was.

Nothing that sticks out that's worth not giving the company a chance.
