Pros
During my tenure here at Getinge, I can say this is not the same company when I first started. Many positive changes have been made and embraced including permanent flexible remote work schedule that truly is work-life balance. Everyone is respectful as peers and leadership all encourage the best from everyone and it truly shows.
Cons
Every company has its challenges and issues that make it tough to want to go to work at times and address them, particularly when there is a low level of support or direction...it can be stressful. I find that at Getinge, when we have these days, you do get the direction and support you need to navigate your way through it.
