Pros
Great products (life saving), CEO is very good, Sales Teams are very good and manufacturing teams are generally very good (lower level).
Cons
US site management is weak (especially in NJ and in particular at DataScope). US Quality leadership is particularly weak. The new EVP of Quality will hopefully identify the weakness in the upper levels and make appropriate changes (Bring in better talent at the VP level).
