      Stingy pay, huge office politics will cost you a lot as it's a cross reporting organisation. HR Minal is unprofessional and has received many complaints. Attrition rate high

      Pros

      Generally leave you be as long as you meet your goals. Very little micromanagement.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Every dept seems to be short by a couple employees. Problems will persist for years, despite management being fully aware and agreeing it's an issue to be solved.
