Thank you for taking the time to post this review. Thank you for calling out about great team members and opportunities you saw for learning and developing skills. We are very proud of our skills and leadership development programs. However, it is apparent that your experience hasn't been a fully positive one here at Getty Images, and so we are even more grateful that you have provided us this feedback, so we can understand where we can improve our employee experience. Over the last several years, women have been promoted at higher rates than men across the business generally, although I know that some functions lag behind and there is work to be done and we are committed to doing it. In addition we have been focused on understanding how our compensation programs stack up in the very competitive markets in which we hire many of our team members, and we are always working to ensure that our total compensation package is a solid one, with salary only being one part of the total compensation. We will take your feedback into consideration as we make regular reviews of our policies and programs. Thank you for your contributions to Getty Images while you were with us!

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
