      Pros

      Intrapreneurial culture within the company. Many opportunities for growth, if you have an idea that supports business objectives and is supported by data/research you can run with that project. A place to roll your sleeves up and make a difference and see the impact in real time.

      Cons

      Many staff with long tenures which is a positive, speaks to the passion for the business, but can also be a negative when it is hard to change their outlook and focus.

      - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

      Cons

      - can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

      Pros

      WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

      Cons

      Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
