      Unwavering commitment to moving the world with images (and video); the most powerful imagery by a wide margin; a culture that cannot be described in words but one that is special and in the company's DNA; high character (and high-care) colleagues with an abundance of passion; competitive benefits and total rewards.

      Cons

      Striving to continue being the best and caring so much about business results, engagement, and employees can potentially come with cost.

      - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

      Cons

      - can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

      Pros

      WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

      Cons

      Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
