When the pandemic began, it caused us to rethink how we work and where we work, which allowed for greater flexibility to work in a setting that you feel most productive and supported. We will continue to operate with Flexible Working Principles so that employees can balance personal and professional obligations. To your mention of career progression, we recognize that there is opportunity to improve in this key area.
