Pros

Great place to work that fosters a connected work environment! Top to bottom, all employees are valued the same and very much involved in growing the business. Customer and employee feedback is taken seriously and often leads to effective changes where applicable.

Cons

Information overload at times. Consistent changes means there is always something new to learn.

As such and to your second point, we have hired a Knowledge Management Team to consolidate information on our intranet sites to create clear messaging and concise information as best we can. With some more recent company changes, such as going public, there is a ton of information and announcements that we choose to share with employees due to the transparent environment our GLT is committed to. - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

Cons

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
