Friendly staff, flexible work, management that really cares about you as an individual. Transparency & Solutions driving company makes Getty the best place for you to work.

Cons

Being global time zone can be a challenge, but employees and management always try to accommodate and be flexible about meetings and make sure everything important is recorded and shared later worldwide.

We have cultivated a culture that is hyper-transparent and shares as much as possible on all areas of the organization. It is a unique aspect that sets us apart, and to your point, makes us such a special place to work. I totally understand the pains of global timezones and that sometimes it can be difficult to accommodate in AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

Cons

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
