Pros

Good remote working options with office as well

Cons

No follow through - all chat. DEI commitment is vacuous at best. Sales targets are increasingly high and we have to do the hard hard sell just to stay afloat which creates negative customer feedback

Hi there. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am disheartened to hear that this has been your experience at Getty Images. Over the past 3 years since launching our All Company Commitments around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, we have made significant, measurable strides in building an inclusive workplace. This data is available in the 2021, and now 2022 Annual Cultural D&I Report, an extensive document outlining progress we have made against these goals. Further, this past year we have launched various D&I trainings for employees and managers, expanded our D&I sourcing plan to increase candidate diversity in our hiring process, and more. In regards to the various time zones, all Open Sessions, D&I meetings, and All-Hands calls are held twice, one for a time that fits within the EMEA+AMER timezone, and one that fits within the APAC timezone. Many teams also follow this model to ensure that folks are not working off-hours. If you have concerns about the Sales targets, there are a variety of resources to assist you, ranging from your peers, manager, HR Business Partner, Sales Enablement team, Sales coach, and more. I encourage you to reach out and initiate a conversation so that we may best support you and help set you up on a path where you feel successful. Thank you!

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
