Difficult to grow - Customer Service Getty Images Employee Review

Hi! Thank you so much for your review of Getty Images! I'm happy to see you had a positive experience while working with us, including work-life balance. We realize how important this balance is for all employees and do our best to provide an environment that allows employees to work in a way that makes them most successful, and this includes a flexible, hybrid approach to work. However, we realize with an approach like this, it can be difficult to cultivate relationships with others. As a result, we have worked to create opportunities for employees to connect with one another outside of the office. One great way is our Donut Slack channel, which pairs employees across the company for coffee chats so they can get to know one another in a casual setting.
