Pros
Mostly laid-back atmosphere. Accommodating to good workers who need a flexible schedule. Global company with decent benefits package. There are some good people here that are enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Pay raises don't keep up with inflation. They prefer to hire from outside the company over promoting from within, so there is very little opportunity for advancement. Failing managers have to really screw up bad over a long period of time in order to be replaced. Most really good employees end up getting fed up with the poor recognition, lack of incentives, and virulent office politics. Then after years of dedicated service, they leave a big hole the company dumps on someone else's shoulders without recognizing, or paying for the increased workload. Dishonesty and favoritism are almost as rampant as the office politics. Those good people that are enjoyable to work with, don't carry much practical influence with leadership.
