There's so much passion for the industry and for all of the brands, and you see that come through with the average tenure of employees at Giant Group. Depending on your role, you will be given immense opportunity to grow and take on exciting projects that move you forward.

The four biggest issues with the company are 1) a lack of a business direction and strategic objectives, which leave the departments misaligned on how they can contribute to brand growth, 2) employees are significantly underpaid for market value in their US office (30-50%), 3) they allow for senior leaders in critical departments to stick around because they don't rock the boat, which creates complacency. and 4) they keep a lean team which means you are often doing multiple peoples jobs - this also creates a high level of job security, so do with it what you will.
