Pros

You will love the people, (almost) every team is filled with hardworking people who want to see the brand succeed. There's so much passion for the industry and for all of the brands, and you see that come through with the average tenure of employees at Giant Group. Depending on your role, you will be given immense opportunity to grow and take on exciting projects that move you forward.

Cons

The four biggest issues with the company are 1) a lack of a business direction and strategic objectives, which leave the departments misaligned on how they can contribute to brand growth, 2) employees are significantly underpaid for market value in their US office (30-50%), 3) they allow for senior leaders in critical departments to stick around because they don't rock the boat, which creates complacency. and 4) they keep a lean team which means you are often doing multiple peoples jobs - this also creates a high level of job security, so do with it what you will.

Pros

- Flexible work time, but 8 hrs is a must - Provide indoor parking lots for motorcycles and cars - Only need to pay NTD30 for lunch

Cons

- Need to do a lots of reports to supervisors no matter is related to your jobs or not. If they want to know, you have to do it. - Most of the supervisors do not have concept of time management, they plan new projects with no feasible time plan and handle projects to you, so most of the time, factories and suppliers will be angry to you, so you have to absorb negative energy from basically everyone you need to collaborate.
