      Pros

      - Friendly environment. - Helpful seniors. (At least for me) - Nice location.

      Cons

      - Team politics. - Biasness. - Late salary. - No lunch, no snacks. - Not compatible with current tech market. - No provident fund or gratuity or any other employee benefits. Just salary and mobile bill which is also delayed. - No work life balance. (Except for some team)
