Allow freshers and new comers from other technologies. Get knowledge of many framework.
Cons
Small company have small team structure and so many time you have to manage many projects at a time. example in a day two projects. Payment issue. All 6 days working. No holidays considered. Working hours are expanded as your job period increases. Official working hours are 10 hours but never released before 11 hours.
