      There are no such pros found.

      Cons

      Too much work pressure. Very unprofessional environment, employees including CEO. You have to spend more than 11 hours every day and no holiday on Saturday, sometimes Sunday too. Salary issue - very low as compared to market and work in the company.

      Pros

      Allow freshers and new comers from other technologies. Get knowledge of many framework.

      Cons

      Small company have small team structure and so many time you have to manage many projects at a time. example in a day two projects. Payment issue. All 6 days working. No holidays considered. Working hours are expanded as your job period increases. Official working hours are 10 hours but never released before 11 hours.

      Many things to learn. Have been working from past 1.4 years. Bi monthly trips. Trekking. Sole responsible for small projects. team work for large projects. The company is small but efficient at pay scale and prompt at salary.

      work has to be on time to keep management happy. cant be a con inturn it enhance your time management skills.
