Flexibility of work, provide work from home too on special conditions.
Cons
Internal politics, Biasness, Preferential treatment, bad management system, manager even shouts and bad mouth on meetings and HR is not employee oriented, Work overload. I cried and traumatized because of the manager and one colleague who got power to bad mouth because of manager's support. Worst culture.
