      Pros

      Flexibility of work, provide work from home too on special conditions.

      Cons

      Internal politics, Biasness, Preferential treatment, bad management system, manager even shouts and bad mouth on meetings and HR is not employee oriented, Work overload. I cried and traumatized because of the manager and one colleague who got power to bad mouth because of manager's support. Worst culture.

      - Lack of vision in senior leadership, i.e the goals change and so does roles of individuals which hampers the career progression - Lack of governance in the company causing major mismanagement - Family driven model, the decisions and career progression are primarily driven by one family rather the leadership
