Pros

It's a nice and fun place to work at the beginning. Possibility to work from home and maybe even remotely (not all positions are allowed that permanently though), flexibility with holidays, basically anytime you wanted, even last minute. Nice colleagues, I made some really nice friends there.

Cons

Some teams were not valued and appreciated enough, people are underpaid, toxic work environment, and no real motivation or recognition (once they told us a "good feeling" should be our motivation). Lots of foreigners work there but it seemed like only Czechs and Slovaks are "the elite" and stick together. One of the benefits was parties, which sure sounds nice, but they could also give some bonuses to motivate people instead of throwing parties. Since the summer of 2022, so many people left, that I lost count. The way they treated and let go of some employees is just horrific. There was definitely micromanagement in some teams.

Pros

Flexibility. Possible to work from home. Little to no micromanagement. High autonomy. Good company culture, friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Low salaries, very small chance of promotions. Some teams favoured over others. Lack of transparency lately.
