Pros
I loved working with the staf who do the hard work of serving program participants. There is a real desire to bring change to san francisco from those who work there. It's really wonderful to work at an institution that is so well regarded in the city.
Cons
Gldie is mismanaged. They cliam to hire people "off the street" but then give those people terrible low paying jobs, while using their stories and pictrues to fundraise. I have never worked for a worse HR department. After nearly a decade of working there, I got stood up for my exit interview. I was contantly demoralized by the people above me. The executives who run Glide are not in it for the love of the people and the city, but for their own egos.
