Super fulfilling work and passionate frontline staff.

It seems like new leadership doesn’t care about the staff. They just laid everybody off even though leadership makes a wild amount of money for not doing much. They make up definitions for the terms of bargaining agreement screw people who make nothing over for no reason other than to save a few pennies and don’t give people a day off when their coworkers die and make them go straight back to direct service work with that persons client case load
