Pros
when I started the position, it was great money for what seem to be an easy job. But it does not seem like there is much job security for those that are successful. There is no room for growth, and as more and more people begin to make more money. The chairs are finding ways to cut back on pain so well.
Cons
Please see progress. They preach about culture, but don’t even speak to each other in the hallways. Cells is paid grade and customer service is paid next to nothing and constantly micromanage in penalized.
