Pros

The free food, free cold brew coffees, the benefits are all great, I loved management to degree as well.

Cons

I worked there for 3 years , I started as go getter, doing more than what I was asked. I won't talk about the 4 initial times I was denied a promotion or even a lateral movement. I'll just talk about the last time, I was told I did great in the interview, in fact I had already been doing the job and got nothing but great reviews on my performance. I had lunch with the CEO a couple of times but for some reason I was passed over for the promotion again, that's when I gave up.

The culture and core values, the people, the work/life balance, benefits, investment in developing their people, diversity.

Cons

Can't think of any cons other than most employees must reside in Houston and I don't live there anymore.

Pros

Absolutely NO pros working here

Cons

Company is terrible. Favoritism shown, policies constantly change for the benefit of higher ups. HR is involved with associates there is no separation of the two. Managers do absolutely NO work. No raises are ever considered. The company refuse doctor notes if written out for medical conditions the company is POOR!
