      Pros

      Good foot in the door kind of job. Very Easy to work with people and technologies around you are taught well. Good shadow experience.

      Cons

      Very minimal growth opportunities. You will not get a chance to work with heavy datasets nor will you be put into situations where you can test yourself out.

      Pros

      The training and development team is very good. They have excellent trainers and they do give job support as well. In fact, I had got the support on SAS OLAP Cubes when i was in my first project through them in NE. I got a placement within 20 days after i finished the training. Responsive and dedicated marketing team. They pay in time.

      Cons

      The insurance policy is not so good.
