Not the fastest pace of development

There are zero pros here...

Initial "interview" consisted of being harassed into telling her what my current pay is and/or what I expect from them without giving me any info. When I asked what year one OTE should be? I was told it's in the ad, but it's not & most ads have wildly inaccurate pay ranges. I confirmed the base salary per her ad & then, again, asked what year one OTE should be at plan to make it easy? She continued to just laugh and refuse to answer. Paying one's bills and feeding their family is not a joke. Run far far away from this company.
