Pros

No Pros at all Hybrid role

Cons

Don’t even waste your time to join this company. They are fraud. The worst management and no work life balance. You will constantly feel that they will throw you out of the company. The worst thing i saw was that they are racist. Let me tell you that in Canada in all the sales representative teams they only hire new immigrants or people who are relatively new and most importantly they only hire indians and blacks for this role so they can dominate them or show them that they are undervalued and as a new immigrant anyone would go and join them looking at the size of the company but good luck if you go for it you gonna remember the worst experience ever. They have no process to follow. They are rude, arrogant and it’s not employee friendly at all. They will ask you to keep your camera on if you are in a meeting and if you don’t unintentionally or even if you have a genuine reason they will screw you. Unrealistic targets, no support and if you raise your voice against them they will throw you out.

Pros

Hands-On Experience with Modern Infrastructure Friendly and Supportive Culture Great Resume Builder Work-Life Balance If you value a supportive team culture, a manageable workload, and building high-scale professional project experience, a Global Payments internship is a fantastic stepping stone, especially for launching a career in FinTech or platform engineering.

Cons

Uncertainty Around Full-Time Pipeline Varying Tech Stacks by Team: Because the company encompasses many different product lines and acquired systems, your experience can vary wildly depending on the specific team you land on. Some teams work on cutting-edge, next-gen cloud platforms, while others are tasked with maintaining or upgrading older legacy architectures.
