Pros

Great company al policy Sizeable company

Cons

I wish to know this before I accept the offer 1. You need to raise a break if going to toilet and mark down in the excel! Really ridiculous !the company seems to break certain of rules and zero respect to the employees 2.Team manager told you should arrived earlier than the working start time stated in the contract ,lets say your paid starting time would be 9:00,they are expecting you to clock in 20-30min earlier?! 3.Very poor onboarding and training sessions,as my role needed to access different internal systems . If didn’t set up properly and blame me not doing any duties

Pros

Hands-On Experience with Modern Infrastructure Friendly and Supportive Culture Great Resume Builder Work-Life Balance If you value a supportive team culture, a manageable workload, and building high-scale professional project experience, a Global Payments internship is a fantastic stepping stone, especially for launching a career in FinTech or platform engineering.

Cons

Uncertainty Around Full-Time Pipeline Varying Tech Stacks by Team: Because the company encompasses many different product lines and acquired systems, your experience can vary wildly depending on the specific team you land on. Some teams work on cutting-edge, next-gen cloud platforms, while others are tasked with maintaining or upgrading older legacy architectures.
