Hi there. Thank you for your feedback. We take all criticism on board and are always working to improve how we do business and our number one priority is always our staff. With reference to your comments about working hours and people being “driven like slaves”, we take great care to ensure that our staff have the proper supports they need and receive adequate training. Overtime, although it does sometimes happen around busy periods, is not standard and it is tracked accordingly. Many of our employees have been with us for a number of years and have progressed from junior roles to senior managerial positions. Internal promotions happen regularly, so although you might not have been successful with promotions in the past, we would encourage you to speak to your manager about your concerns or to contact HR.
