Pros

Lots of access to learn and grow your tech skills. My coworkers are knowledgeable and helpful. Management is overall very fair and understanding.

Cons

GTS can be fast paced with a lot of ticket volume. Many different clients so documentation isn't always perfect.

Pros

Management is pretty fair when approached, I don't feel as though I'm ignored when I bring up an issue. Great place to get your hands on a lot of different IT "Stuff" and grow some of your skills.

Cons

Ebbs and flows, sometimes the ticket volume can be higher and a bit stressful. But this isn't always the case.

Pros

Some of the teams do amazing work, some brilliant people who really try to do good work. They are externally effective and customer-centric despite their customers being extremely demanding.

Cons

Garbage pay for non managers. Zero support from management, no direction at all, not a place for long term growth. Trainers are great for giving an overview, but no HR to speak of and there are multiple labor law violations occurring daily. Training for specific roles is nonexistent. Health insurance is way overpriced and not available for two months. Leadership is aloof and often treat people with disdain who ask questions. Very unequal treatment across the company, I want to emphasize that most. If you are a part of the family they will go out of their way to keep you, if you aren't, they will dismiss you without any notice. There is often no prior feedback before termination, I've witnessed people with families being dismissed without a hint of coaching or any trace of management intervention. The only reason I'm still here is because the job market stinks.
