1.You will have the chance for great exposure to a multi-network & mutli-vendor environment not provided in most Telecom places (except groups). 2. Learn more about about how business is run (business plans, budgets, due diligence)

1. Limited career growth outside the organization 2. instability as you are under a merge/acquisition deal at any time 3. Not a very heatlh environment (senior management imposes such environment...however the chairman and CEO are trying to improve/eliminate such deficiences)

I have e got a very good experience in this company and I've learned so many things as they sent me for a training course in France , and the management were very friendly

I can't find something to write here as a downsides, but the only thing it was dangerous to work there according to my country's security situation
