      Pros

      The Management is not technically qualified, they just want the work done and dont care how its done. Majority of the company just clicks on a screen, not sure why they need a Engineer for that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, benefits are okay nothing to brag about. Management is clueless, about modern technology. They run there business using ancient technology (VB Scripts), and don’t want to invest in modernizing.

      I worked with ALT-industry as a Project Manager and really enjoyed the experience. The team was focused, easy to collaborate with, and open to new ideas. It was a pleasure being part of their process.
