The only pro is: helpful colleagues

Cons

No perks at office. No flex time, no WFH. Very poor work culture. No one reads your email, to have your voice heard, you are expected to wander door to door without affecting your productivity. Almost 95% employee are immigrant and company is being operated as an office in 3rd world country. Salaried employee are asked to work irregular hours, extended hours on regular basis without any form of incentives. Company use some technology that rarely others use so your growth is severely limited.

Pros

The Management is not technically qualified, they just want the work done and dont care how its done. Majority of the company just clicks on a screen, not sure why they need a Engineer for that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, benefits are okay nothing to brag about. Management is clueless, about modern technology. They run there business using ancient technology (VB Scripts), and don’t want to invest in modernizing.

steady work, opportunity to work lots of overtime, can work from home once you work a full 8-hour day, very cheap healthcare

Cons

very boring work (extremely repetitive, I feel like a robot...), not a great company culture (everybody keeps to themselves), not many career advancement opportunities, if you want to use vacation it has to either be a half day or a full day
