      The harder you work the more you will get out of this job, up to 20% commissions. Competitive atmosphere within a friendly team Monthly awards at swanky restaurants for top performers, all expenses paid ofcourse Team incentives, finish early on a friday

      No bean bags or ping pong tables... boohoo we're here to make money not thinking we're on Love Island

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
