I love Globant but I hate the project I'm assigned to - Web UI Developer Globant Employee Review

In the last months, they have the objective to sell a lot of projects and to increase the value of the company so they decided to hire a lot of programmers (most of them with low tech level) but also selling a lot of awful projects, Path careers are not clear at all, if you ask someone about to have more seniority they tell you " well, you have to be proactive" and something like that. They promise to increase your salary but you have to talk about that before November or April, if not you are out of dates and have to wait next year.
