Laptops are given to all employee but it is of no use. Employee can not work from home until Manager agree & for that you have to justify number of times. HR & Higher management don't have visibility what they are doing & about future which directly impacts the Employee's career. You wont be able to work in single project more than month. Very frequent changes in Project allocation Most IMP: Company placing Paid positive reviews in IT industry. One of my friend has filed fraud case against this Company. And company is still struggling to get out from that.
