It is the worst company I ever worked with. Their business model is body shopping. Deploy Just single resource to client project make his life hell. If resource complaint anything about work to local management, answer is "you will have to do it as client is asking" no matter what the illogical the ask is. Over that there are few over smart level4 and above people who doesn't understand any thing but they get promotions every year and the person who work hard become scapegoat of politics. They simply play with the career of resource. Specially new joiners even don't understand how this company is in fact running with so much mess.
