Pros
You can work on interesting projects (but with bad management) for really big clients so if you are an entry level developer you can gain some experience (working after hours without pay)
Cons
Salaries waaay below market and without updates based on countries with inflation of 35%. They force you to work extra hours in almost all the projects because they are badly managed and without extra pay or compensations. You have to beg to get an increase. If you are a current employee, just wait 1 year and then tell me if you think the same about this company.
