      -Good working environment -Nice offices

      Cons

      -Salaries are Awful, no raises in 2 years even in countries where inflation is very high (Argentina, Colombia) -Bad benefits -Tone deaf management, I've been part of MANY all hands, where the concerns about salaries and making end's meet amongst employees is the number one concern, and the higher management completely ignores / is tone-deaf regarding this issue. I know people in the company that CAN'T AFFORD RENT, and need to borrow-be indebted TO LIVE.
