Pros
Time flexibility and WLB only if your are in good project. Good fixed Salary. Hybrid WFO 2 days but if you're on bench then 5 days WFO compulsory otherwise apply for leaves.
Cons
2-3 years back globant was used to be a very good organization - Good projects, great WLB, good increment %. Now - Bad projects, no increment on time (when occurs after 5-6 months then also only 3-6%). Goa trip is 70-80% sponsored by an employee not by globant.
