- Salary is terrible low and every year gets worse. - Performance reviews are a lie. It doesn't care how many goals you achieved, they will give you a poor compensation (and there were people that got NOTHING!). - They don't care about you personal life, they only want to increase the amount of employees and gain money! Huge extra hours they don't pay. - There were projects where they sold Senior resources to the client but they were Junior (Yes! JUNIOR!)
